Prices
Prices start from £850 per month, 1 month minimum.
Parking
On street or in local public car park where a permit is provided for the duration of your stay, (April to September ONLY). Permit is also valid at Portland Bill.
Children
We regret that children under five are not permitted due to the fact that stairs in the property are fairly steep.
Pets
One small well behaved dog allowed, £100 damaged deposit required.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the cottage.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable within 5 days to secure a booking, with balance of funds to be received 4 weeks prior to holiday.

Cancellation
Bookings cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded if the cottage can be re-let.
Refunds
A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the owner’s control.
Arrivals & Departure
Sunset Cottage is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival until 11.00am on day of departure.
