property are fairly steep. |

allowed inside the cottage. |
| Short Breaks |

Available for a
minimum of 3 nights from November to the end of March - do please call for
prices. |
| Payment |

A
non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable within 5 days to secure a
booking, with balance of funds to be received 4 weeks prior to
holiday.

| Cancellation |

Bookings
cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded if the cottage can be
re-let.
A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due to
circumstances beyond the owner’s control.

is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival until 11.00am on day of
departure. |
