children under five are not permitted due to the fact that stairs in the
property are fairly steep and open plan. |

The owners are happy to accept one small to medium sized Dog or Cat subject to a damage deposit of £100. Contact owner for special conditions. |

No smoking is
allowed inside the cottage. |
| Short Breaks |

Available for a
minimum of 3 nights from November to the end of March - do please call for
prices. |
| Payment |

A
non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable within 5 days to secure a
booking, with balance of funds to be received 4 weeks prior to
holiday.

| Cancellation |

Bookings
cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded if the cottage can be
re-let.
A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due to
circumstances beyond the owner’s control.

Sea Dog cottage is
available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 12.00pm on day of departure.
