Prices include
the cost of gas, electricity, linen, towels and a welcome pack including bread,
milk, bacon and eggs, tea and coffee. Beds are made up for your arrival.

Off-street
parking bay (standard sized family car). Additional parking on street adjacent
to property.

All ages are
welcome ~ a portable child gate and a portable baby's cot are
provided.

| Pets |

Well-behaved
dogs are welcome @ £20 per dog per week.

| Smoking |
~ |
Smoking is not
permitted anywhere in the property.

Property
Servicing |
~ |
Lettings are
from Saturday to Saturday, but shorter breaks may be booked during the winter
months or at short notice if the property is available.
All beds are
supplied with pillows, duvets and linen (changed weekly). Towels can be
provided for a small additional charge.

| Housekeeping |
~ |
The Housekeeper
will service the property weekly and provide new bed linen and
towels.
|
| Payment |
~ |
A
non-refundable deposit of £100 for each week booked is payable within 7
days to secure a booking, with the balance of funds to be received 4 weeks
prior to the holiday.

| Cancellation |

Bookings
cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded if the cottage can be
re-let.
A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due to
circumstances beyond the owner’s control.

| Arrivals & Departure |

Portland
Retreat is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on day of
departure. |
