Property
Servicing |

Lettings are
from Saturday to Saturday, but shorter breaks may be booked during the winter
months or at short notice if the property is available.
All beds are
supplied with pillows and duvets. Linen to suit these beds and towels can be
provided by arrangement.

| Payment |

A
non-refundable deposit of £50, for each week booked, is payable within 5
days to secure a booking, with the balance of funds to be received 4 weeks
prior to the holiday.
Gas and electricity are included in the
price of your stay.
Guests will also receive a welcome pack of milk,
ground coffee, tea and either a bottle of wine or quality
biscuits.

| Cancellation |

Bookings
cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded, if the cottage can be
re-let.
A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due to
circumstances beyond the owner's control.

Polly's Cottage
is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on day of
departure. |
