Lettings are
from Saturday to Saturday.
All beds are supplied with pillows and
duvets. Towels and linen can be hired if you're travelling by air or rail.

| Payment |

A
non-refundable deposit of £50, for each week booked is required to
secure a booking, with the balance of funds to be received one month prior to
the holiday at which time the key will be sent to you. It is stressed that the
deposit is not refundable.
Gas and electricity are charged as per
meter readings at prevailing rates and are payable in addition on
departure.

| Cancellation |

In the
unfortunate event that you have to cancel your holiday within four weeks of
your start date and have paid the full balance, then the amount of that final
balance will only be refunded if we are able to re-let the property. Guests are
advised to take out appropriate insurance at their own
discretion.
