Parking - On street outside cottage.
We regret that no dogs are allowed nor is smoking permitted in the cottage.

Payment - A deposit of £50 is required for each week booked; it is stressed that this is not refundable. The balance is then required one month before the start of the holiday at which time the key will be sent to you.

Gas and electricity are charged as per meter reading at prevailing rates and are payable in addition on departure.


Cancellation - In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your holiday within four weeks of your start date and have paid the full balance, then the amount of that final balance will only be returned if we are able to re-let the property. Guests are advised to take out appropriate insurance at their own discretion.

Arrival and Departure - Please arrive after 2.00pm and depart by 10.00am.
