eggs, tea and coffee. The bed is made up for your arrival. Champagne and
Chocolates can also be arranged.

Property
Servicing |

Lettings are
from Friday to Friday but shorter breaks may be booked during winter months or
at short notice if the property is available.
All beds are supplied with
pillows, duvets and linen (changed weekly). Towels can be provided for a small
additional charge.
The housekeeper will service the property on a weekly
basis.

| Payment |

A
non-refundable deposit of £75 for each week booked is payable within 7
days to secure a booking, with the balance of funds to be received 4 weeks
prior to the holiday.

| Cancellation |

Bookings
cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded if the cottage can be
re-let.
A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due to
circumstances beyond the owner’s control.

Retreat is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on day of
