Lettings are
from Saturday to Saturday, but shorter breaks may be booked during the winter
months or at short notice if the property is available.
All beds are
supplied with pillows and duvets. Linen to suit these beds and bath and beach
towels are provided.

| Payment |

A
non-refundable deposit of £50, for each week booked, is payable within 5
days to secure a booking, with the balance of funds to be received 4 weeks
prior to the holiday.
Electricity is included in the price of
your stay. Wood for the burner is provided during the winter months. There is
no gas at the property.

| Cancellation |

Bookings
cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded, if the cottage can be
re-let.
A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due to
circumstances beyond the owner's control.

Cottage is available after 3.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on day of
