Lettings are
from Saturday to Saturday, but shorter breaks (3 nights minimum) may be booked
between November and March. Please call for details.
All beds are
supplied with pillows, duvets and linen. Towels can be hired at a nominal cost.

| Payment |

A
non-refundable deposit of £50, for each week booked, is payable
within 5 days to secure a booking, with the balance of funds to be received 4
weeks prior to the holiday. A refundable deposit of £100 is required
with final payment to cover breakages.
Gas and electricity are
included in the price of your stay.

| Cancellation |

Bookings
cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded, if the cottage can be
re-let.
A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due
to circumstances beyond the owner's control.

House is available after 3.30pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day
of departure. |
