under five must be supervised due to steepness of stairs in the property. A
travel cot and high chair are available and also a stair gate if needed.

Property
Servicing |

Lettings are
from Saturday to Saturday, but shorter breaks (3 nights minimum) may be booked
between November and March. Please call for details.
All beds are
supplied with pillows, duvets and linen. Towels can be hired at a nominal cost.
A travel cot and high chair are also supplied.

| Payment |

A
non-refundable deposit of £50, for each week booked, is payable
within 5 days to secure a booking, with the balance of funds to be received 4
weeks prior to the holiday.
Gas and electricity are included in the
price of your stay.

| Cancellation |

Bookings
cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded, if the cottage can be
re-let.
A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due to
circumstances beyond the owner's control.

is available after 3.30pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of
departure. |
