Servicing |

Lettings are
from Saturday to Saturday, but shorter breaks may be booked during the winter
months or at short notice if the property is available.
All beds are
supplied with pillows, duvets and linen (new linen is provided weekly).
Guests are asked to bring their own bath and beach
towels.

| Payment |

A
non-refundable deposit of £75, for each week booked, is payable within 7
days to secure a booking, with the balance of funds to be received 4 weeks
prior to the holiday.
Gas and Electricity are included except for the
period October to Easter when a £20 surcharge per week is
made.

| Cancellation |

Bookings
cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded if the cottage can be
re-let.
A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due to
circumstances beyond the owner's control.
