Lettings are
from Saturday to Saturday, but shorter breaks may be booked during the winter
months or at short notice if the property is available.
All beds are
supplied with pillows, duvets, linen (new linen is provided weekly) and
bathroom towels. Guests are asked to bring their own
beach towels.

| Payment |

A
non-refundable deposit of £100, for each week booked, is payable within 7
days to secure a booking, with the balance of funds to be received 4 weeks
prior to the holiday.
Gas, Electricity, bathroom towels and linen are
included in the price of your stay.

| Cancellation |

Bookings
cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded if the cottage can be
re-let.
A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due to
circumstances beyond the owner's control.
