Alpen Rose Cottage is a 200 year old three bedroom terraced cottage …. situated in a quiet residential road in the village of Easton. Inside, we find a really spacious cottage which has been totally refurbished to an exceptional standard throughout with everything you could need for a really relaxing holiday. The property sleeps five (with six possible at a squeeze!). Alpen Rose enjoys a 4 star Tourist Board grading.

The cottage is located a short walk from a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. At the rear of the cottage there is a courtyard garden with a lockable door leading to a dedicated parking bay (for a family sized car only) with an additional bay possible with prior arrangement.

On entering the cottage you are greeted with an inviting hallway.

A cloakroom with toilet and basin is found under the stairs.

The large comfortably appointed lounge has been tastefully decorated with leather sofas seating six. A television, video, stereo, DVD and CD player are provided along with plenty of local information, maps of the area and books and games.

Next door we find a dining room which will comfortably seat six. At the end of the hall we find the well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker and a full complement of cutlery and crockery.

…. leading from the kitchen back door we enter a courtyard garden with gas BBQ and picnic bench - a secure gate leads to the off street parking bay.

The master bedroom has a king size double bed. Bedroom two has twin single beds while the third bedroom has a single bed which has a collapsible bed stored beneath it.

Sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases are provided. Guests are asked to provide their own bath and beach towels.

A travel cot is provided, as is a Child Gate which can be attached to bedroom doors or to the bottom of the stairs. Use of this Child Gate is left entirely to the discretion of guests bringing children and the owners cannot accept any liability whatsoever.

A large family sized bathroom with bath, basin, toilet and separate shower cubicle completes the 4 star facilities available at Alpen Rose Cottage
